Booking Deposit

All bookings must be confirmed with a credit card payment fee of $140 to guarantee the cottage upon arrival.

Children Policy

Any child sharing room with parents under the age of 13 is FREE of charge. Any child above is $20 additional.

We accept all Major Credit Cards, Travellers Checks, and Cash. All payments must be made in US Currency

Check Out Time

Our nightly rates are calculated from 12 noon to 12 noon on the following day. Therefore all check Out's are to be settled by 12 noon on departure date.
